Thank you to everyone who has visited this blog, which I started in 2016 when I was fresh out of graduate school and decided to start writing to learn about cheese as I embarked on a career as a cheesemonger. At that time, all I knew was writing and teaching for an academic audience, and “coming to cheesus” was a life-changing experience. We had a good run, but all good things must come to an end.
This blog is no longer being updated, as I have transitioned to offering in-person cheese classes through my business in Seattle.
